My experience today was not the best. For some reason the lady in the drive- thru today could not hear me. I spoke loud and it may have been an issue on their end as far as the speaker. That is not my fault. The female proceeded to have a disrespectful tone because she could not hear me, yet she was able to repeat what I just stated for my order. Absolutely horrible staff and service. I have lived in Knightdale my entire life and it is the worst it has ever been. Rude and slow.
I love this Arbys in Knightdale and the female store managers here have taken to heart making sure this store runs proper, provides fresh food and friendly service.
The food was good, but the manager was a little unprofessional. I probably won't come to this location again. If the atmosphere isn't inviting, then I'm not going to spend my money. I'm sure she doesn't care about losing customers obviously, either way she's going to still get paid.
