This post turns my stomach...I will no longer be a customer. My mother, and I stopped in the Arby's, and while waiting for our food the workers were literally talking about how funny the Orlando shooting was. The woman I believe is the MANAGER (but I could be wrong) said "tell me one thing that's not funny about a gay massacre." I'm so disgusted, not only by the fact that this establishment has such heartless, disrespectful, and homophobic employees, but also by the table I had to wipe down myself because they were all FILTH... read more

I want them to bring the classic turkey sandwich back. You already have the turkey and the buns. I read enjoyed them when they had them. Everyone vote for a turkey classic sandwich.

Food is great but the service is just horrid. This review is based off a few times of stopping at this location. I enjoy Arby's but the employees sound like they hate their lives. I understand that the food service can be difficult and I'm not saying they should all get fired. However, maybe an incentive to boost employee morale or a class on customer service would be ideal.

Stopped in yesterday to get lunch before work , young man was doing garbage cans , greeted me , then to the register , took my order , my money , then turned around to bag my food , I asked him to please wash his hands , manager says wow he's washing his hands , I told her what happened, she says I will talk to him , really , you knew there is a problem with him washing his hands but he still deals with customers I won't be back
