what the heck you guys...i always loved coming to Arbys....not tonight...some woman in the back dropping the F bomb here and there...and she was not quiet about it....F...this....F ...thatI had my Grandkids we me and i did not Appreciate that at all....and i ordered 2 large fries that were only half full
give hot food to people. may a sauce per sandwich maybe 2 would be nice. not 1/2 per sandwich
Have gone to arbys 5 times and every single time i have gone my order is wrong, get home and have to turn around to get THE RIGHT ORDER. save your time and money and go somewhere else, at least mcdonalds can make a correct order when spending 30 plus dollars every time you go! thanks for all the wasted gas Arbys of Adrian!
Just walked out of ARBY'S in Adrian, no one cared to take my order, cook was having a melt down and was slamming food down on the counter and throwing orders through the window and slamming the doors on the warmers. Trash every place floors, food prep area and deep fryer area extremely dirty, tables dirty..... Just aweful! CUSTOMER SERVICE DEFINITELY WAS NOT ON THE MENU TODAY! I may never go back.... Today’s rating of going to Arby’s is really poor. Sure I want to order fast food with poor customer service. The guy taking my order; I had to ask him: Did you get that? ; because it was dead silent. Then when I got to the window, and another guy brought me my food, it’s really gross to say, but you know , “his headset” he had the speaker in his nose. So gross that I had to say that.

Get rid of the rude asshole (Mike) He was very short and rude with us. Ordered 2 sliders and a large frie. Got all the way home and no fries. Also asked about the senior discount and his reply was nope! Wth! Last time we were there we got the discount. Won't be going back.

Second time in a week I got cold sliders from Arby's. I told the guy at drive up and he said they should be warm but cold and dry bread. Tried to call them, the rang several times and a recording came on and told me to enter an access code. Think I'm done with our local Arby's.
