The food is good The new design is nice But the SEATING NOT SO NICE... It's not good at all it moves around when another person sits behind you and your personal items fall thru hole of chair..

The service was aweful last night. Two people ahead of us and when our order came up the girl handed the customer in front of us, his order and ours. My husband had to ask for our food which took another five minutes to get. Manager needs to get somebody's act together not to mention her own too!

Guys come on a 30 minute wait just to get your food in drive thru. That's a bit much and don't try and say you weren't expecting to be that bust you're ALWAYS super busy on Fridays. Step it up.
People need to grow up, everyone has thier own opinion on EVERYTHING. I'm betting the person who started this is just miserable and full of hate for whatever reason. They heard something and took it the way they saw it and started shyt for 5 minutes of recognition that's all.
just so you all know the owner and arbys does know about this incident and is taking corrective action. I have chatted with the general manager and she has told me that the owners are appalled and would never support such verbal behavior from anyone. I know these folks and visit this location on a regular basis. They are all good people just trying to make a living and support their family's while serving the guest as best as they can. I have one request: tell me where the next nearest Arby's location is. I normally love the food, but now all the product from the Adrian store tastes like hate, xenophobia, and bigotry... Not my favorite condiments.
I've been to this location a few times, service was absolutely terrible, slow, rude workers. Now I hear what some of the employees were saying about a recent tragedy & im disgusted. You wont get business from my family anymore.
