Had a line full of customers at at the drive-thru at 9:50 and the employees acted like nobody was even there. We sat there for over 10 minutes and then they told us we're closed
I had an issue, but the GM contacted me and was very polite and we worked out the problem. A+ for customer service. Thank you Milan Arby's

Worst Arby's I have ever been to. Dirty floors, dirty tables. Garbage overflowing, sauce pumps empty, employees were rude . NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER
