they messed up my order and now won't pick up the phone
Never had a problem here usually it’s McDonald’s or Burger King but the other day we went we never got coke or root bear floats no what we get is a orange and coke soda which is not what we ordered yeah don’t think I’ll try buying drinks here anymore

So after waiting almost 15 mins in the drive thru this is what find when I get home. I ordered a ham slider not a smooshed turkey one! Then I wanted no ranch sauce on my buffalo slider and I received a plain piece of chicken with ranch sauce. $19.60 and long wait well I’m highly disappointed
Manager was rude with an attitude problem. Asked about sauces which she stated in the bag. I called back because there wasn’t any sauce and she told me to come back and get it then hung up on me. She refused to give me her bosses name or number.
Went thru the drive thru last night and it was horrible ... Was rushed the whole time got to the window too my card have it back shut the window handed me my bag saying sauces are in the bag and shut the window without letting me get a word in had to go in to get the correct sauce because it seemed like she (the manager) just tossed random sauces in there... Asked if they were short staffed but they were basically too busy talking about whatever and is customers were an inconvenience to the convo It's crazy cuz this was one ... read more
I just had the worst lunch I've ever had!!! Wasted my $$. Curly fries tasted really gross, left a funky taste in the back of my throat, oil needs to be changed I do believe. Got a Market fresh Chicken salad sandwich. HA! What a joke. One scoop of chicken salad plopped in the middle of the bread, bread limp and tasted burnt. VERY disappointing!! Only thing that was good was the bottled water I got. BLECH.
The staff was very helpful and nice, the manager Dan made us feel at home. The BLT'S where spectacular.
Steak tasted as if it was not fresh. Reheated. Staff was super friendly.
