On Tuesday, August 9, 2016, I went to this Arby's where I have eaten for many years. I ordered my favorite = two Beef'n Cheddar Classic Sandwiches. These were the WORST sandwiches I have eaten in over 30 years~! The buns were tough and chewy. The beef and cheddar tasted awful. The staff treated me like an unwelcome invader. I may never go to any Arby's again for life. This is how to lose a lifetime customer who has loved Arby's for years in one terrible visit.
It's not to often I get to enjoy Arby's but everytime I have iv gotten the chance the food is always delicious and great change of pace from normal greasy cheeseburgers! Also just happens when I do go it's lunch time and one of your workers name is Shane on their tag, bright blond, slender and just absolutely adorable and so friendly they always make me smile when I'm in there :) I'm to shy to talk tho lol keep up the great work!!!
