done with Lancaster Arby's .rude service , very arrogant server . the server girl gave us the wrong order recently and when I went up to the counter and told her bout it she said we're liers . and my brother said you really don't care about your customers do you. and she said no I really don't care I'm here for the pay check . Very poor customer service. I ordered 4 sandwiches only received 2 went in for my other 2 and was called a lair. Didn’t even get my receipt back.
Ordered 20 sandwich's they were all WRONG
Went in twice for Orange Cream Shake and they didn’t have any and won’t get any SHAME

Drove to Arby’s waited in a slow line at the drive thru, had to wait several times between my items I ordered because the person taking the order was doing other things. I ordered a reg roast beef plus cheddar cheese, red ranch and lettuce/tomato. Had to wait again at the window. Got home and my sandwich has the extras I ordered but NO Meat! Besides the bun on my sandwich and My daughter sandwich was burned. Not happy!

Even if they took them 15 minutes to cook my order, it was sooo worth it!!! My crispy chicken and bacon salad was cooked to perfection ♡ Also friendly staff
