Went to Arby’s at 15 and Memorial today. This was the first time in over a year and once again they got it wrong.
I had three employees including the manager make eye contact as I was standing at the counter to order. Not a single person acknowledge that I was standing there and proceeded to walk past with heads down. Not a place I will be spending any money in the future.
If i could put ZERO stars I would. Shitty customer service. Lobby is so disgusting you HAVE to use the drive-thru. And then 75% of the items you order will not be in the bag. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

they always take forever. I stated that my jamocha shake just tasted like vanilla and she told me no that it was a jamocha shake......like I don't know my own taste buds.

Horrible service we just left there was there 20 mins inside waiting for our to go order. Heard the guy in back say 3 times no more orders so not take any orders in to busy. WOW. Got mad when guy took orders.

Friendly staff and I am one of them lol. Clean store and good attitudes.
Sadly, with the prices I can only go when I have coupons, 3rd time this month to use the beef and cheddar combo coupon......ty Arby's
The 15th and memorial location is one of the worst establishments I have ever been to.
