I worked here part time for 2 years and it is my favorite Arbys. I only gave 4 stars because all Managers in any fast food restaurant need to teach young people good work ethics & to work hard and make your store the best you can ! Forget the stereotyping of “flipping burgers get a real job”. A totally different note: my best friend ,my dog has been very sick this week (stroke like symptoms related to his middle ear) and he won’t eat ANYTHING for the last 4 days .. except a classic roast beef. I spent over $20.00 on lunch yesterday I waited in the drive thru for ove 15 minutes. On top of that one of my combos I paid for they didn't even put main part in. No big deal what makes me really mad is I got food poisoning after eating my chedder roast beef sandwich and had to miss work. I will never eat her again!

This place has always been my favorite restaurant since I lived so close as a kid. They always have good food. I never have to wait that long. People have to realize that they need to review based on more than one experience, because yeah- Not all experiences are nice, and people have their bad days. All in all- I love this Arby's. My favorite sandwich will always be the Cheddar and Roast Beef.

This place is a joke. We went thought the drive through they got our order wrong no big deal, asked them if they had it right at the window, they still said yes so I said okay. Well it and out still wrong. So we ordered again, asked how many times I have to order to get it right and the girl looks and says “I don’t know I didn’t always the order” as she’s walking off doesn’t come back to the window. I went here for dinner tonight and my meal was terrible. Burned curly fries and inedible chicken. Yuck yuck yuck!

Evidently if you order a small mint chocolate swirl shake, you don't get the chocolate with it, unless you order a larger size. SMH
