Cashier spilled drink all in my lap, seat and door through drive through and laughed. (It wasn't on purpose but no apology.)When I spoke to the cashier about it she just shut her window. Then the manager Britney came to window I started telling her about the incident and how they were laughing. She started yelling at me. Very unprofessional. I love the management team here. I order either Door Dash or do drive thru at least 3 times a week and i love putting the roast beef on my low carb wraps. only downside lately is that on DoorDash you cannot add sauces. i love arbys sauce, its an addiction! recently, no sauces have been provided and one of the female employees (poofy hair) was working the drive thru. i asked for arbys sauce and she said sauce was already in the bag. i get home to discover horsey sauce only. i didnt understand why she didnt ask but anyway, i l... read more

Root beer float was yummy and I can appreciate the staff accommodated my request to using a wrap instead of bread for the chicken salad. I didn’t get a single pecan in my pecan chicken salad. Sweet potato waffle fries were room temperature. Bummer...

The group here went above and beyond to add the little touches & surprises that made my birthday special.
They are continually "out" of items. The last 4 times we,'ve been there, they were either out of something or a machine was broke. Arby's Wilmington has surpassed KFC Wilmington as the most mismanaged restaurant in town.

couldn't get in. drive thru only. so we left
Straight out rip off. Ordered a 1/2 lb roast beef wasn't even a quarter pound let alone a half. This means one of two things, either they think we're stupid so they can rip us off or they just have really really lousy non-caring staff preparing food.
