The doctor I have there is good but the reception staff is very uncaring rude and standoffish. Maybe don’t be medical reception if you don’t have a lot of compassion
I am very grateful for the care provided for myself and my three children by Dr. Alex Kilpatrick and the whole team at Arbutus Family Medicine. In a climate that has stretched thin resources and access to family doctors they have made every effort to be available for my family’s urgent needs as well as providing thorough preventative health care.
