I am very grateful for the care provided for myself and my three children by Dr. Alex Kilpatrick and the whole team at Arbutus Family Medicine. In a climate that has stretched thin resources and access to family doctors they have made every effort to be available for my family’s urgent needs as well as providing thorough preventative health care.
Great place in general but omg please get rid of the ai receptionist. It’s really creepy and the way it talks is unsettling. Its voice is like it’s whispering in your ear and feels like it’s treating you like a child. On top of that it only uses your legal name and not the preferred name on file. Please go back to the humans. Yes I dread calling in general but this thing will make it so much harder to call and will definitely make it so I’m less likely to book appointments in the future.
