If you are looking for an OB, I would not recommend Dr. Alexander Kilpatrick. In my experience, he was very difficult to contact, and booking appointments was always challenging. When I requested hospital test results, I was only told that everything was “normal,” but I was not provided with the actual reports. Everyone at this clinic is welcoming and professional. Dr.Shah is knowledgeable and kind. I never feel rushed.

My baby and I are new patients to Arbutus Family Medicine. My baby has required extra monitoring which has been quite stressful on me as a first-time Mom. The doctors, locums and support staff have all treated us with kindness, compassion and patience through it all so far. I’ve been able to see or speak with a doctor day-of multiple times, and I feel like my family is truly cared for.
