The best way to tell anyone about this place is ......it looks good from the outside but it's a disaster on the inside. I recommend avoiding this place and their abusive employees.
They still have debris all along the road from the hurricane Polk Co doesn't care to come pick it up I guess that's just crazy guess it's gonna stay there till it all turns back into dirt or something nobody's picking it up or hauling it off.
DO NOT APPLY TO THIS PROPERTY! I would give ZERO stars if possible! I sent in my $40 application fee with my application a couple YEARS ago and have yet to hear anything from anyone! I keep asking for my money back because they clearly kept my money and did not even look at my application and I hear NOTHING back. This place is a SCAM!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS!!!
I lived there for 7 years. The property managers have all been excellent and on top of things. Out of all the maintenance they have had Marc was the best. I only left because I couldn’t afford it. If it wasn’t because of that I would have definitely stayed. Very quiet, clean and the apartments were super spacious.
