I am writing this review in reference to Arbours at Conyers Apartments in Conyers, Georgia. When I first moved into these apartments, I, among others, were told that these are a 55 and older community, which they are, however, there are babies, small children, teenagers, and others residing with 55 and older individuals. I understand that residing at a tax credit property, due to different circumstances, as long as an individual on the lease is 55 or older, one may have individuals, including minors, residing with them. Don't have anything to do with the Development property. I have called their office and tried to leave a message, and all their boxes have been full for weeks. This company shortened me on my refund check with no explanation.
I've gone 2 months without heat and no one seems to be able to help I have to use my kitchen stove for heat find some where else to rent from I'm not the only tenant that have issues getting repairs they're horrible
