The contractor arrived and completed the consultation appointment as scheduled. After confirming the scope of work and setting a project date, there were two missed appointments. I am amending this review because the work was ultimately performed on the third scheduled visit. However, confirmation of completion was not provided until a week later, which caused some confusion. This is a great business. They helped me out immediately with removing 2 trees. What a great job they did. Now they trim my trees once and awhile. Great service👍🏽
The contractor arrived and charged for a consultation appointment as scheduled. However, after confirming the scope of work and scheduling the project, they failed to show up on three separate occasions.
Using Arbor Tech tree service to trim my tree is one of the best services (including all services besides tree trim) I have ever experienced in my decade residence in bay area. Making an appointment is so quick and convenient, the quote is so reasonable and much better than other vendors, the workers came on time and provided very good service with patience and kindness, what is more important, they provide so detailed materials to help us apply 50/50 program without us even asking.
