Great place Between Baltimore and DC The Arbors at Arundel Preserve has amazing amenities, including a recreation room, theater, room, pool with fountain and a more than adequate gym with yoga/exercise room. The apartments are decent sized, with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. My wife and I have a one bedroom, one bath and pay $1500-1600/mth including gas, water, sewage and trash! The Arbors at Arundel Preserve I love my apartment. Location is great, maintenance is very good and fast. Management is nice and respectful. The property is clean. I dont like that it costs $5 for each guest at the pool.
The arbors at arundel preserve I give The Arbors at the Arundel Preserve four stars. While leasing here I enjoyed the wonderful amenities including a swimming pool, movie room, game room, gym, and computer lab! I also loved the beautiful view of the courtyard my apartment faced, newly renovated kitchen, and private parking garage. A great place to lay your head! I moved into my apartment at Arbors at Arundel Mills, a Bozzuto community. First thing that stood out was the quality of the property. One thing I hate about apartment living is the kitchens. Most feel like you've walked into a closet with a microwave. At Arbors the kitchens are open with a large granite island to separate the kitchen from the living space. Great Space I moved in about 4 years ago and my rental unit is great. Good space, good layout and spacious bathroom. The kitchen is a dream for a cook like me with lots of counter space. There have been a few issues with the small and dated washing machine but it is in the unit which is a big bonus. The staff is pretty attentive and friendly.
