with the understanding that you are the only retailer for our division /employer COA for RX safety glasses lack of communication giving customers low expectation of quality and or delivery timeline of product upon initial order not a good sign should have known.. ordered on 9-6-19 product arrived 11-4-19 only hurried by our request to have them overnighted.. I asked for a lanyard and your staff acted as if they don't exist " we would need to call the lab or contract vendor whom made the glasses for you" thanks for not trying... read more

I was really impressed with the friendliness and thoroughness of this practice. They remind me of a close-knit family and made me feel very comfortable for my first visit. Dr. Serafine was great: I never felt rushed and he seems like a genuinely really nice person and a good doctor. They had a great selection of frames and sunglasses to choose from and even went above and beyond in helping me replace my Maui Jim sunglasses lenses and making a repair. I definitely recommend!

I love Arboretum Vision Care. Dr. Miller is great! She listens as does the rest of the staff. They really help you maximize your insurance benefits to get you out the door and happy without breaking the bank. They don't try and "sell you" on anything you don't need but certainly recommend the best for whatever condition you have. My daughter has multiple eye conditions and has special lenses needs and they really make her feel comfortable by suggesting a lighter weight lense that does make her eyes look bigger.
