Billy Jordan, the owner of Arboretum Tree Services, responded to my call right away and came to my home in the evening at my convenience and spent 90 minutes going over exactly what I needed to do with my oak trees and shrubs. Billy was very conscientious about getting it right and wanting to be sure what our requirements were. We had about fifteen big oaks both front and rear that needed some serious attention due to the prior owners negligence. Out of three companies only one answered and that was Arboretum Tree Services. The Owner Billy was very courteous and came out promptly to give us an estimate. Unlike the other two tree companies, Arboretum provided us with there proof of insurance, customer satisfaction surveys, and pictures of some of there work during our visit.
