Billy and his crew spend 5 very full days trimming (and removing some) of our over 100 trees. They were always on time, worked very hard, were very polite and very professional. I was looking for an arborist - not just a tree trimming service. Billy fit the bill. They were extremely competent and knowledgable. Arboretum Tree Service did a fantastic job! I got several estimates, and that takes quite a bit of time. Billy Jordan, the owner, was not the least expensive but I could tell right away that he really cared that my trees look great when he was done with the job. It was worth the few extra dollars! I never write reviews, however, I was so impressed with the work of this company, that I asked the owner, Billy Jordan, if I could be a reference, and he told me I could post comments here. I was unsure who to call for tree trimming, and got a few different bids. Arboretum's bid was competitive, but I was mostly impressed with the owner. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Billy Jordan and his crew were amazing! They worked quickly and diligently with perfection and at a reasonable price. I hired him to remove an enormous branch (the size of a small oak tree trunk) that was pushing into my roof. To my delight and without extra cost, he also removed all the other branches near my roof and cleared out many dead hanging branches. The yard has never looked better! I couldn't be more pleased with his service and recommend him for any tree service you may have.

Billy Jordan and his crew far exceeded expectations with the job they did on our yard. They were far better than any of the other tree service people we have used over the past 26 years in this home and at a reasonable price. Billy supervised his crew the whole time they were here and the results showed. They left the place sporless. I located Billy by reviewing the other reviews on this web site. I was really impressed with their level of professionalism. They arrived to do the work on time, and showed up exactly when they said they would. Within in a few short hours they had removed a giant cedar tree with surgical percision, without disturbing our the delicate flower beds or surrounding vegatation. Wow, was I ever pleased with the job that Billy Jordan and Arboretum Tree Services did for me!! He transformed my overgrown, ballmoss-covered trees into a wonderful high canopy that made my 60-yr-old home look like an estate! His attention to detail and his good judgement were indespensible to the job. Cleanup was thorough. And his fees for the HUGE effort were extremely reasonable. I can recommend this service with no reservations. You will be pleased with Billy's work.
