I moved here end of Aug '25, so this is a new and real review! Take Google Reviews with a grain of salt, every apartment I researched had scary reviews so I used a locator to help me find a spot when I was still living in Philadelphia. I have a great credit score, have no issues paying rent on-time and consider myself a generally low-maintenance person, so hopefully that provides a bit of context for like-minded people looking at reviews for this complex. Just moved in about 5 weeks ago. So far everything is great. Staff is friendly, neighborhood is amazing. Love this place!

I lived here for two years and it was great! Candice and Yazmmin are so proactive and wonderful! Work orders are completed in a timely manner. If I had to live in North Austin again, I would go back to Arboretum Oaks.
