Very expensive for old buildings. Right now, the whole complex have lost water for 8 hours with no solution
Whatever you do do NOT move into these apartments. I’ve lived here for three years going on my fourth ONLY bc I can’t afford to move away right now bc of a major surgery I had on my neck. If I could I would!! Let’s start off with the electrical. These apartments are old and needs new wiring. A month ago my electric meter on the side of the apartment BURNED up! The city came out and told me they’d been telling management to replace my meter and the wiring for YEARS. It wasn’t done until it burnt and was forced on them to repl... read more
My review of the neighboring property is largely the same. Great location, solid rates for Austin. Older, but well-maintained and renovated. Can't go wrong living at the Arboretum. Management was solid, the few hiccups on move-in were quickly resolved. Amenities are about average for an apartment, except the pool-- which is pretty nice. Fairly quiet at night, no security concerns. Would certainly recommend.
