Thorough, detailed, organized, timely and very friendly staff!
Knowledgeable hygeninst, great overall staff and Dr. Hammons was awesome. Normally shy and withdrawn about my visit but with an outgoing staff, it's hard not to feel at home amongst family.
The receptionist is very friendly and helpful.....easy to talk with, too! I was at the office waiting for my husband. I would like for this to be MY dentist, too!!
I had my first check up here today and it was great they were able to fit me in before work. They also explained, and gave a print out, for the cost of items including the insured portion compared to the patient portion for dental needs on my must have, should have and optional (wish list) so that I can plan for the future. (ex: need a mouth guard now, but optional braces in the futurel). I was in and out, x rays included in an hour.
I always feel like I am in good hands when I go here. The staff are friendly, competent and efficient in getting you in and out.
I'm always impressed with Dr. Hammonds and his staff. They are friendly but professional. They talk you through everything they are going to do. I had a filling done and they called me later in the day to ask how I was doing. Definitely the best dentist I've ever had.
I was treated as quickly and professionally as possible. The dental technician was professional and friendly.
My doc grabbed another doc to help out ehile he is traveling. Very good work!
The staff was welcoming and was genuinely concerned as to what I wanted to get out of my visit. A great dentist!
