I have nothing but positive experiences with Arboretum Arms. I lived there 16 straight years and had positive interactions with the owner. The location is fantastic, especially if you're a nature lover, as the UW Arboretum is at your back door and bus stops are down the block. In the fall you can hear the football games at Camp Randall and Sunday Farmers' Market is a quick walk at Edgewood High School.
No A/C. No dishwasher. Crooked hardwood floors. Cracking ceilings and walls. Out of date hardware. Laundry in the basement. Noisy neighbors. Cannabis smoke in the hallways. Can hear traffic all times of day. Strict slumlord.
Just another slum lord that wants to cause problems for people. Don’t waist your time here
