I am extremely disappointed. Arbor Trace at Canopy staff refuse to keep their word. I really enjoyed what I saw at the property so I wanted to sign a lease, but there was a wait list. I joined the wait list in March asking for a lease in early July. I had to pay $149 to be placed on their wait list, which they said would be a credit to my account when I signed a lease or be returned to me if they were unable to place me in an apartment at my needed time.
