We lived here from 2023 to early 2026. During our first 1 1/2 years of living here, the maintenance workers refused to actually fix anything and were clearly irritated when they had to do their jobs. Fortunately, that staff was replaced with much more pleasant employees. More severely, the new administration rarely answered the phone or returned calls, regardless of how many times we tried. Makayla was super sweet and and very informative on the housing
This community is incredibly filthy! I’ve made multiple attempts to inform management about the cleanliness of my building, but it’s been a complete waste of time. This is a picture of a crack pipe that I found while walking to my mailbox, which is located in front of the rental office. On top of all these other issues, this is the last straw! I strongly advise against moving here.
