This is my review of Arbor Ridge as a tenant. As a first time renter, I didn’t know what to expect as most reviewers are on either sides of extremes when it comes to leaving reviews. This is what is true for my unit. The day before move in day, we got a call stating we would not be able to move in until 3PM, which honestly, isn’t super terrible for me, but for someone who is strict with time and their schedule, I could see how it would rub them the wrong way. Everything in this place breaks. Our ac has broken multiple times since we have lived here and each time it takes them so long to get to fixing it. The last time it took until we approached them again to have anything fixed.
My experience living here for a short period of time has been terrible. I am very unhappy. The property manager was rude on the day of move in asking my movers to move the Uhaul because they didn’t get permission to park on the grass. But the day before move in I seen a pickup truck back up at the entrance door of the same building during business hours. I guess they got permission.
