My work orders have been in the system untouched for almost 3 months. My water bill is high because it is a link in my sink. I have called numerous times and no response. The pool opened an entire month late.
We lived here from 2023 to early 2026. During our first 1 1/2 years of living here, the maintenance workers refused to actually fix anything and were clearly irritated when they had to do their jobs. Fortunately, that staff was replaced with much more pleasant employees. More severely, the new administration rarely answered the phone or returned calls, regardless of how many times we tried.
