1st off I move here in 2016 my lease is not up yet. But when my lease is up I'm moving. Secondly Arbor pointe Apartments is a awful place to live they have Bugs like 9000. And mosquitoes inside the apartment like 9000. The pip storage under neath the building overflows with sewer water that smells really really bad that maintenance half to drain and they DONT get all the water out they leave it. And it brings mosquitoes inside your apartment from nasty standing sewer water. And the sewer smell come up threw the kitchen sink ... read more
AWFUL!! Lived here for awhile and there is NO place for children to play, break ins all the time, they never fix anything, and BUGS EVERYWHERE!!! Mold in the apartments and they do not do anything about it. We had a leak in the bathroom and it took them 3 months to come fix it! The heat doesn't work the way it should! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!
If you like living in the hood, you will feel right at home here! There will be gun fire most every night from who knows where, never a policeman in sight! The laundry rooms are a mess, they are all coin operated machines, maybe two washers will work out of six and one will flood the floor each time you use it.
