Ami Reis is incompetent and brainless. We sent an email 60 days prior to move out and she never gave us an answer. We spoke to her coworker and had confirmed that their office had recieved a written notice and we were fine to leave. This morning we received a mail with a statement that we owe over $2200 for April while we left on 03/31/2022. Ami is so disorganized and not capable of doing her job correctly. Beware of her mouth, she is a big liar and so unprofessional.
