I don't like the idea of sharing water bill. A lot of Crime, there.
Arbor point(Brook view) apartments sucked every time I had problems at my apartments they took Months yes Months to go check it out not to mention every time I called to see if they could clean all the bird pooped out the stairs because I had kids and didn't want them to touch it they always said we'll get it done and never did worse place ever!!!
