RUN AWAY RUN RUN RUN, this place is infested with roaches.
WE ARE FREEZING...NO POWER FOR OVER 14 HOURS...WE CAN'T EVEN REPORT THE OUTAGE TO ONCOR BECAUSE THE OFFICE HAS THE INFORMATION...THIS IS RIDICULOUS...WHO ARE WE SUPPOSED TO CALL WE HAVE SMALL BABIES AND NEWBORNS FREEZING BECAUSE WE CAN'T REPORT AN OUTAGE...WOWWWWW
Electric increase 100% since new owners about 2 month ago. Was avg $42 now $84?? For the past 2 years that i have been here it has always been allocated but sub-metered. Water went up 30%. New manager Lisa would not explain the new way they are doing the billing. She would not even give the percentage we would be charged. She wouldn't answer if we are paying for the onsite laundry mat as well. She is quick to cut you off while speaking and threatens you with eviction when she gets upset.
