I’ve used Arbor-Nomics for several years and for most of that time I was completely satisfied. However, I have noticed a sharp drop off in their service. My yard has gone from beautiful to weed-infested. I quit their service and was contacted by a “supervisor” who came out and said they could easily handle my problems. We have used them but the service has gone way down. They have been signed up to come out and then no show, they have various reasons and say they will return but don’t. They seem to be short- handed but our lawn has not been looking good :( hope they figure out staffing.
I cancelled my service after 3 months because I felt like I did not receive adequate service for what I was paying. After a few emails back and forth with the company I just received the most rude and unprofessional email from them. Basically the person at Arbor-nomics blamed me for the situation and literally used the phrase “You don’t seem to understand lawn care”. I don’t care if they are the best lawn care company around, you don’t talk to customers like that.
RecommendedThis may seem like a little thing, but this makes me smile. Our lawn is treated by Arbor-Nomics on a regular basis. Today, before they treated our lawn, they moved Koa's toys onto the sidewalk. Thanks, Arbor-Nomics!
Just canceled our service with Arbornomics. They have treated our lawn for weeds for the last 2 years. Our backyard is 60% weeds. Our technician would text me to say he was coming and never showed up.

The service was and is exceptional. The treatments were when and where needed. They produced a much improved yard, from weeds and bad grasses to the return of mostly wanted grass in 1 year.
