I just fired Arbor-Nomics after they sprayed my newly sodded lawn with herbicide meant for established lawns. I even had a no service order on my account. And they charged me for it too. I believe it has hurt the grass but Arbor-Nomics says it's fine. Blamed the browning on dollar spots but I just found it's not. Thanks to them I have no where to go if I have issues with the new grass installation. Arbor-Nomics isn't going to do anything. And the landscaper won't because the spray could have done damage. I have been with Arbor-Nomics since 2017 in two properties. Great service from professional technicians and great customer support at the office. They keep their promise on the service to be provided and if something happens they stand to correct it without hesitation. Mike H is my technician and he is caring, knowledgeable and very attentive. I started using Arbornomics last fall because they are a Trust Dale Certified Company. They are absolutely a company that gets it right and if they don't, they correct the situation. Amazing company and I HIGHLY recommend!!!
Wow what a difference. Last Fall I was ready to sod my entire yard because my next door neighbor's yard looks so good with zoysia. They aerated and seated and fertilized my lawn last fall. This Spring they did a soil analysis and fertilized.I posted a comment about a few weeds and they called me without me calling them and came out and treated. I have tried the other companies and they just do not compare.
BEWARE. This company has a history of giving false quotes and then try to give another much higher quote. please check out their competition and you will receive better service. When you speak with their managers, including Brandon, he will side with the crooked salesman. As homeowners we have to be smart. Please don't sign a contract with this crooked company.
