They don't fix the issues you tell them about when you first move in and do that hefty list. My DAD had to put a screen himself on one of the windows so I could open it without bugs coming in. My toilet (3rd story) was causing issues downstairs and they didn't fix it until the man down below me moved out. They knew my toilet leaked for about 6 months and did nothing to fix it causing the entire ceiling to come down on the 2nd floor unit below me. OH! "I'm fed up with rental properties exploiting applicants by charging Application fees, potentially knowing they'll rent to specific individuals. For instance, if 15 people apply for a single apartment over 5 days, with a $50 application fee, that's $3,750 in revenue weekly. This practice seems predatory and unfair to genuine applicants."
My unit was very spacious, I had a good experience here. No stolen packages or car break ins. My bathroom sink stopper did stop working & my ac was leaking but maintenance fixed it immediately.
I had an ant issue and they didn’t take care of it until the week I was moving out. I was supposed to move in and the apartment reeked of cigarettes, and I couldn’t live there so I had to wait another week to move into a livable home. My packages were continuously got stolen. I’ve lost hundreds because of other tenants or employees. I moved out asap. Great price that’s it.
