My experience so far has been peaceful. Which I like. I feel safe here, no drama. I love watching the squirrels and birds in the yard. The laundry facilities is clean and convenient. Heat is a little to high in the hallways and run a little to far into spring wish they turned that off sooner makes my apartment too warm in the spring temperature but other than that I like it here. . Management is helpful and maintenance is spectacular. The property is really well maintained. Neighbors seem nice and friendly
I love this place. The management is awesome. The place is quiet and well maintained. My neighbors are all very kind. No police have been to this complex since I've been here over a year now. No fights outside. This is a great place.
My experience after helping my mom with lung cancer wasn’t an easy transition. But Whitney and staff helped make me feel so at home. Every time I needed anything they answer promptly. She definitely deserves praise with all of them. The building is not new but they all truly do their best. I feel very comfortable and happy living here. Thank you Whitney you make a good old social worker happy to have a place to feel at peace. Also, the people are soooooo kind.
Jan 2025 Update: It only gets worse. Thirty percent of the washers and dryers in my building are out of commission and the leasing agent (we still have no property manager) says there’s not only nothing she can do about it, but that our lease doesn’t guarantee us access to such amenities. Nov 2024 Update: There is no active property manager for the Michigan City units. The only person you can report issues to is a leasing admin. The facilities team is understaffed or under skilled. I’ve submitted four tickets for my broken heat in the last two weeks and they close the ticket without resolving the issue. This property is not well-managed and there is no path for escalating issues or concerns. Please do not live here—it is not worth the hassle.
