Been living here 5 years now, wish it improved but overall everything has definitely declined, from A to Z. Unfortunately neighbors are rude, disgusting, disrespect, and lots of theft with deliveries!! And don't get me started with "laundry room" people actually take your clothes out of the washer and put their things in. Wish I had better things to say; Maybe first 3 years but won't be renewing my lease!
My son loves his apt! Upgrades, location and rent prices have made his apt affordable. Office Staff and Maintenance are great
Whitney is absolutely amazing I am moving in from out of state and she was able to get everything set up and ready for me and make my transition as smooth as possible!!
My experience so far has been peaceful. Which I like. I feel safe here, no drama. I love watching the squirrels and birds in the yard. The laundry facilities is clean and convenient. Heat is a little to high in the hallways and run a little to far into spring wish they turned that off sooner makes my apartment too warm in the spring temperature but other than that I like it here. . Management is helpful and maintenance is spectacular. The property is really well maintained. Neighbors seem nice and friendly
