The so called office manager, Marianne, is so rude over the phone. She initially said there are no appointments until late 45 days. Later, she could find an appointment with in 10 days. She told me she would verify my insurance benefits. I asked her when she would get back to me, she kept arguing she does not know what the doctor is going to do on first visit and she cancelled my visit without even notifying me.
