So happy to be a patient here! Dr. McCune and his staff are so wonderful! I love coming to see Nina for a cleaning! She is so nice, has great tips to help me keep my mouth healthy, is very patient and explains things very well. She doesn't make me feel rushed in or out of the appointments. If I have questions she is always up for answering them with a smile. I feel super clean after seeing her! Over the years, the policy of collecting the full amount up front from insured patients and holding the overpayment in the form of an account credit which only applies if partially covered work is done and then collecting the full amount leaves a somewhat permanent account credit. In addition when Dr. Christian made a decision not to attach a bridge to a tooth that had a root canal but to good tooth. The business manager at first stated ... read more
