I was happy (although apprehensive!) to return to Creekside Dental/Dr. McCune after an absence of many years due to insurance acceptance. Now that I have Blue Cross Dental, I thought Creekside Dental was "in network" for BCBS, but I guess that's not true. I spoke briefly with Dr. McCune and more in-depth with Michelle regarding insurance, and no more needs to be said about it except that dental insurance in general leaves a lot to be desired, especially if it is not a group plan; mine is not a group plan. The best Team with quality one stop shopping for all dental needs. I have been with Creekside for twenty five years and never had a bad visit or experience. excellent service, everyone helpful and professional I went for a dental cleaning. I was greeted with a simile. My wait time was under 5 minutes The dental hygeniest was pleasant, thorough, informative and best of all she had a very light touch. I was extremely satisfied at the end of the appointment. I would definitely recommend Creekside Dental.
