I switched to Dr. McCune after many years at a dentist in Lombard. When switching I was looking for an office with modern technology, a hygenist who was gentle yet thorough, and a dentist who was professional, not pushy, trustworthy and did quality work. This practice checks all the above boxes. They make recommendations but listen and respect patient wishes - for example re annual x-rays. I needed to make sure I understand all available options of treating my dental problems before committing. I got clear answers and explanation of options I had. No attempts to push me towards any particular option. Of course, very courteous staff and relatively quick availability of appointments.

She does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, provides feedback on things I should be paying attention to, and takes my concerns into account when suggesting opportunities for improvement. Unfortunately, I have required the services of dentists many times in my 65 years. Creekside Dental is, by far, the best I have experienced. The people are always efficient, nice and professional. I have been going to Creekside Dental since it opened and I have NEVER had a bad experience. A couple of years ago I had a dental emergency the night before Thanksgiving.
