Nice area, older apartments If a decent property company had performed quality structural upgrades over the years they would be really great. Newer property owners aren't good. 2 of 4 maintenance staff left, so only basic emergency stuff is getting fixed. Easier to take care of little things ourselves rather than wait or get it half done. They are always short staffed and some hired contractors aren't very good. It's a shame because the location and community are great.
Unique Arbor Commons is an amazing hidden treasures tucked behind the beautiful Arbor Park. Experoence the Farmers Market every weekend as well as live concerts in the summer. You'll find it to be a quiet and peaceful place to live. All the units get plenty of sunlight and have an open floor plan with lots of decorating potentlal to make a cozy home.
