Verified Renter Thanks Living at Arbor Commons was a great experience. They made departing hassle free and was straight forward with the steps needed to complete prior to turning in the keys. Only left because I had the opportunity to live closer to family.

Verified Renter Great visit I showed up early and the office staff accommodated; let me walk around the apartment and answered all my questions. Very personable and easy to talk to--walked through the price and additional costs like heating and insurance policy. Apartment was very clean and everything looked ready to move in. Grounds appeared well maintained as well.

New owners; quickly going downhill The place used to be great! Staff was friendly and understanding and felt like they really cared. Now that Red Tail has taken over the place is a nightmare. “Renovations” done to the property were lazily done, takes days for maintenance to come out . Office is awful awful. Canceled my automatic payments for one month without notice then charged me a late fee even though it was on them. I DONT recommend moving here.
