I called in order to find some assistance with my grandfather having an eye issue. The woman who answered the phone told me “it was not a good idea to call at 11:30 the day before thanksgiving.” Definitely not the way to address a possible future patient. It was very sad to hear someone say that and not feel like they are there to help you.
I was told that I was able to get an print out of the examination only to be told by the doctor, no. My eyes were given an exam and dilated but she said that wasn't an eye exam. It was for diabetic exam of the eyes. Same exam that I was given from every other eye doctor I have received in my life and she said it wasn't. Now, I have to go and another eye exam hoping or trying to convince new doctor that I had my eyes dilated and don't want it done again. The visit today was a waste of my time and the money I paid. RecommendedDr. Lubeck is amazing. He spotted my problem 30 seconds after I was in his office and with two sutures on my Cataract implant he was able to remedy the hemorrhages I have been experiencing in my eye for the past year+.

RecommendedEveryone there is polite and seems to care about the reason you are there. They are efficient and usually run pretty close to on time schedule. If you need referred to another specialist they will take care of that also and see that you are seen by that specialist within a week
