Three very nice, polite, efficient, young men removed the tree in a short amount of time. The best part was they cleaned up every trace of the tree removed. I feel the price was very fair compared to what I paid in the past.
Hello, it is my pleasure to write this review for ArborCare. We have used ArborCare for tree removal for close to 10 years. They recently removed 5 large trees (one 60 feet tall) from our wooded property and, as always, they did an outstanding job. They took great care in removing the trees not letting them fall into other landscaping and our gardens, and they kept our gravel driveway pristine. Seriously, I couldn't be more pleased. Three trees removed, chipped up, removed from our property, and three stumps ground to below the ground level. After that, fill dirt was delivered and spread level and then grass seed followed by hay to help get the grass started. The workers were nice, friendly and professional. The big machines were entertaining and impressive to watch. I was recommended this service. Sarah answered immediately. She said Darren would be out to give estimate. He showed up immediately. He said he would give a bid when he got to the top of the hill and could get service on his phone. He must have not gotten there yet because I am still waiting for an estimate. I called Sarah 3x to see if they were not interested in the job. She assured me that they were. I asked her to send someone else out to give estimate. She said they could not do that. Jason came out to give us an estimate to have a large tree partially or completely removed. Came out the first week of January, 2025. Said he would get back with me after he talked with his team. Never heard back from him so I hired Franky’s Tree Service to do the work
