Made an appointment for the arborist to come to our house while we were at the Home and Garden Show. They knew we lived in Centerville. They were supposed to come today at the appointed time and was a no show. I called them 30 minutes past the appointment time and they said someone would call me right back. We had asked friends on FB who they would use for tree removal and trimming in the Cincinnati area, and three friends replied. All three advised us to use ArborCare Tree Service. After working with ArborCare, we can certainly see why! The service was outstanding! From the gentleman who came out a few weeks ago to give us a quote, to the guys that came out today to remove the large dying trees in the front yard and trimming the large locust in the back yard. Three very nice, polite, efficient, young men removed the tree in a short amount of time. The best part was they cleaned up every trace of the tree removed. I feel the price was very fair compared to what I paid in the past.
