RecommendedMy dogs have been treated & cared for by Drs. Mably, Peth, Whistler, Andrew, and the entire staff. I began going here in 1987, when Dr. Darryl Mably saved my 10 year old Yorkie. That dog lived to 14.5 yo, since, I have had Bichons (17.5 yo), Shi Tzu, English Cocker Spaniel (currently 14 yo) & Havanese (13 yo) who has survived splenetic cancer. I will go nowhere else.

Super long wait times, front office not very strong. Waited 45 minutes to see a doctor and finally was told I need to reschedule because they couldn’t tell me how much longer it would be. This happened as many other flowed right thru their waiting room to see other vets. I was a loyal customer even after I moved 30 minutes away but not anymore. I can't say enough good about Dr Peth. She has been Mish Mish’s doctor over past few years. Dr Peth is wonderful with us and Mish Mish, professional, very compassionate, and caring in a way that makes the most nervous animal and owner feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Peth takes her time and makes sure she explains everything in a clear easy to understand way. Dr. Andrew is the best! So calm, kind and knowledgeable.
We have raised 8 service dogs and have used Arbor Animal Hospital for every one of them. Our last service dog had to have rather extensive surgery and thanks to Dr. Mabley, he is now scheduled to graduate as a full service dog in November! We and our dogs have loved all the doctors and staff.
We just moved from overseas and they came recommended by a fellow dog walker. Our pets were rabies vaccinated overseas and their immunizations are good for 3 years. They were accepted into USA/California with this documentation. The city requires valid rabies documentation but only from a Ca. Vet. So here is the dilemma: The vet recognizes the vaccine and says it might be dangerous to vaccinate your dogs so close together. But I can't give you a rabies certificate because I didn't do it.
