The other night my air conditioner stopped working and I walked into an 85 degree house. It was an awful night. I submitted a maintenance request and was contacted promptly. I received a text that the repair person would be coming the next day. I responded that I could not wait as I had guests that are to arrive the day before the repair person. I spoke with Syed and explained my dilemma. He said he would try to get someone out as soon as possible. Well after a few hours had passed the repair men showed up. They had to repla... read more

"I recently rented a property from ARB MANAGEMENT and, initially, I had some concerns. There were a few issues with the property at first, but Syed, Cendy, and Abigail were incredibly attentive and responsive to my needs. I’ve only been in the property for three days, and there's still one outstanding issue, but Syed has assured me it will be resolved next week.
