AC went out & the owner chose to replace the entire HVAC system rather than just the compressor. So it took longer to replace. But Syed handled all communications & negotiations well & responsibly. It's nice to be "back in business" again with proper comfort in all this heat.

Thankful for Syed Mehdi listening to my plumbing concerns in my unit. The plumbing was broken for 8 months, I made a prior complaints to some else and there was a temporary fix but Syed made sure the problem was fixed for good and now my shower/bath work. Appreciate it Syed, thanks!
