RecommendedPrompt, helpful, thorough service! I used ARB for the first time to get a furnace check up before winter. I have an old furnace, and I knew I’d at least need a filter replaced, plus my parents had used them for a tune up and found out you can get a rebate credit for some of the cost from National Fuel. They came when they said they would, called ahead, were super efficient and explained everything clearly - even helping me with the info for the rebate form. Thanks so much, ARB!

I want to say a huge thank you to Rich for talking with me yesterday with my furnace problem. He didn't have to take the time to talk and explain things to me to allow me to get my furnace up and running, but knowing I had little time for a parts store...he helped me out. He also told me if need be, he could come the very next day and get my problem solved. Talking with Rich got me lined up and able to fix my problem. They were awesome!!! Had to get a new air conditioner and furnace and work was done to perfection and everything was cleaned up so you didn’t know they had been here. Very professional with all the paperwork and rebates as well!
