When we lived in Wichita several years ago, we loved Arapahoe. We have moved back and our family dog of 13 years is now facing the need for euthanasia. I called to get information and at first, the lady sounded annoyed with my question and put me on hold. Then she got back on the phone and said “now what did you need?” And made me repeat it all...as if this is easy. After repeating, she said “um, what do you need to know?” Needless to say, someone so annoyed by such a difficult thing is not a place that I would recommend. Sh... read more
My dog had been attacked. When I brought him in they made him wait in line behind pets just needing routine shots. When they did see him the vet said he just needed to heal and gave him pain meds and antibiotics. He died 3 days later of the injuries he said weren't serious. Was told they were sorry when I called to complain, but basically, they said s**t happens.
Vet and staff were extremely friendly! Got my Chihuahua’s shots and health certificate for an upcoming trip.
The Vet that takes care of my fur babies is great! Trims nails without my dog even realizing that it is happening!
