I've been banking here for more than 10 years and have always had positive transactions. Great, friendly and helpful staff!. Would love to see more full service location but, the network of partners is large.
My husband Ricardo got a great rate and incentives to refinance his car, customer service provided by Tabitha was outstanding as well. We also love how much they support pets and would definitely recommend ACU.
I recently opened an account at ACU and it is hands down the best financial institution I’ve ever encountered! The service is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. Tabitha, Klarissa and Kristi make my day every time I go in there.
Love this place pretty new to it soo im still catching the vibe but so far soo good i overdrafted my acc the day before payday and only had a charge of a $1 for my overdraft fee from them. I Remember my last bank wasnt soo kind about overdrafts 😂😂
Very Disappointed in this Credit Union!! I have a loan with ACU and I am trying to pay it off. The only way you can pay on the principal balance is if you pay more than one payment ON THE SAME DAY. Otherwise it will just keep bumping your payment due date to the following month. To me this is RIDICULOUS! There is NO OTHER OPTION!! ALSO I have to drive to heck and gone in order to make a deposit. GO TO COLORADO CREDIT UNION.. they are for their customers. COLORADO CREDIT UNION goes out of their way to help their customers.
We moved to Colorado 15 years ago and opened an account with Wells Fargo-it was awful! Customer service did not exist-we were nothing more than a number. After a couple of years of terrible service, we moved our accounts to ACU and it was the best move we ever made. We have always been treated with respect and feel like the employees always "have our back". You couldn't pay me to bank anywhere else!
