I love the high interest rates. The service getting things set up was helpful with a representative calling me and doing it over the phone (unlike some places, where you have to try to do it all online or go somewhere in person). It did take longer than I expected to get my account officially open, and to get linked to accounts at other institutions, but all in all, not too hard to get everything set up.
