I am very pleased with the attention provided by Aran Associates. Dr. Baalhanes and Dr. Masvidal are excellent professionals. Lidiana is the best helping patients requests. Other assistants are very nice and helpful.
Be aware that this Aran Associates Office is overbooking the patients. I went this week at 2 p.m. for my appointment and more patients continue coming over. There were like 10 patients for only one doctor.. I was there until 5;30 seated in the second waiting area. I left that office at that time because there were like 3 more patients to be seen and not enough time. I was tired to be seated for so many hours and probably with the 3 more patients I would it finish like at 7 p.m.
I am very pleased with the overall service provided by both the staff and the doctor who assisted me. I would especially like to commend the lady at the front desk, who was exceptionally kind and patient throughout my visit. Her warmth made a real difference.
