En nuestro sistema el tiempo es Oro pero aquí al parecer no lo saben, el personal no estuvo mal pero la demora fue la más larga de la historia, es mejor no dar tanto appoiment para q esto no suceda, la mayoría son personas bien mayores y es muy injusto esperar más de 3 horas hay. Mi cita era a las 10:15 y a las 2:00 q escribí esta reseña ni me an atendido 😡 la peor espera en una cita médica 👎🏿 llegué con tiempo para no estar tarde y ni así desde la 9:30 aquí y muchos más pacientes
Just to confirm what other reviewers have said, this place is an absolute mess, dirty, crowded, uneducated personnel. And … the long waiting, our appointment was at 10am, arrived 9:40 and left at 2pm. 4+ hours for a simple eye test!!!
I have no words for this specific office location and Dr. Lopez. Go to any other location but this one. The disorganization is beyond bad. They call you in whatever order. Dr Lopez doesn't seem professional, especially with his clothes are all baggy, he responds very sarcastic like if we did speak at all. When he asked my mom a question and would try to respond something accurately, he would kind of cut her off with a short answer and continue on his doctor notes. Horrible place doctor super unprofessional took a eye test to see how far I can see and the only letters I was shown were super tiny like unreadable what’s so ever I was then sat down next to the bathroom while waiting for the doctor and all you hear is a person in the bathroom spitting and flushing the toilet like if they are spitting everything out of their entire body like if they vomited a tsunami it was horrible and sounded disgusting within the next minute the person that was in the bathroom came out and it was the doc... read more
