91 year old waited for 2 hours before his daughter realized he was on wrong floor whrn she came to pick him up. the 2nd floor surgery has staff that didn't bother to ask him anything for 2 hours!! this is totally unacceptable and as a result his 1 hour typical appointment turned into 4 hours. incredible
Horrible service never go there again the doctors over book Patience and it's over crowded I can't believe this place has not been fined by the fire department do to crowing issues it's a Hazzard if a fire breaks out I walked out my appointment was at 1 pm and I was still there at 330 pm and people before and after me were coming and leaving and I was still waiting there if you go there have patience cause you will be waiting for a long time not even if it was for free I wouldn't recommend it
