they schedule multiple people at one time and are horribly slow, ignore people that have been waiting for over an hour. i got here at 8am right when they opened and they said they had to verify my insurance. i wait for an hour before finally getting up and asking them if it’s been approved. the woman just replied “no” and didn’t even check. I had Doctor Wals fixed a misaligned lens that another doctor had done approxmately twenty months ago in my left eye and so on January 14th, 2026 he installed a new lens and he did a great job and I had to wear an eye patch afterwards and I went back the next morning and he took the patch off and I could see immediately.
