I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and consideration for patients at Aran Eye Associates. I scheduled my very first appointment back in August to be seen on September 15. Instead of receiving a phone call, I received a text message informing me that my appointment had been rescheduled to October 13. Although inconvenient, I patiently accepted the delay. USELESS!!! i was injured by a product and asked the ophtomologist to document our conversation and when i got the dr notes ot said absolutely nothing about my injury and what we talked about i had to schedule an appointment with another ophthalmologist right away.. Previous visit ophthalmologist gave me bad information on instructions to use my medication I almost was about 5o go to the hospital today because of it.
