The ophthalmologist was amazing but the brown Spanish lady at the desk had a really bad attitude. Practically trying to kick me out while I was on the phone with my insurance to come pick me up .
Horrible wait time for a regular eye checkup. People had arrived at 8:30 and were still waiting at 12 noon. My appointment was at 10:30 and still waiting at noon. Incredible for an eye doctor's office.
I do not recommend this ophthalmology clinic to anyone. They scheduled me for cataract surgery and never called me. When I went to the clinic to check the status of my surgery, they told me they had called, but I checked my phone for calls and messages from that day and showed them I never received a call from them. They gave me a new appointment to reschedule the surgery three months later. When I arrived for my appointment, they told me I had to repeat all the tests.
